Fox and Hounds Terms & Conditions

Dogs:

Well-behaved and clean dogs are always welcome to stay and there is a charge of £10 per night (please ask if you require water for your dog or a towel if they are wet from a walk!).  We do ask however, that they are not left unattended in the rooms and are persuaded not to go on the furniture and bedding!  They are more than welcome to join you when you are dining – we have a couple of dog-friendly areas.

Additional Beds for Children:

Some of our rooms can accommodate additional beds. These are charged at £15 per night B&B for children under 12.  Children under the age of 12 years are required to stay in their parent’s room.  Cots and baby monitors are free.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that our cancellation policy is 7 days.  Should you need to cancel your booking within 7 days of your intended arrival, full payment for your booking will be due if we are unable to re-sell the room for you.  If you are booking within the 7 days, then full payment is due upon making your reservation.  For discount bookings via our website (Advance Purchase Bed & Breakfast) – cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Check In and Check Out Times:

Our check in time is 3pm, however if you wish to arrive earlier, we will make every effort to get your room ready for you – please let us know in advance.  Should the room not be ready, we will happily look after your luggage for you.

Check out time is 11am.  Please ask if you would like a later check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you.  This will depend however on our room availability.

We Simply Loved It! This old inn is situated in a very small, beautiful village, with a lovely view from the terrace.

The location (once found) is also perfect if you're planning on exploring Cardiff, Barry, and the surrounding areas. The new Aston Martin factory is nearby.

Can’t wait to go again!  Called in for dinner late on a Saturday. When our food was nearly ready we were moved to a table in a cosy side room.
